This past weekend was our first experiment with Club ball. We had 8 guys show up and another 8 who had other commitments. If we can get between 10-15 guys commited for the the summer that will be huge.
- The group has decided they would like to go as many Sunday's as they can in the spring and fall. We will also open up the gym in the mornings for shooting from 7:30 -8:20am during the week.
- Once summer hits we'll go a couple of nights a week. During camp we'll inivite teams to Fundy to play in the evenings and have longer training sessions. Then we will go for the rest of july ending with a tournament.
- We'll take the end of August off and then go back to Sunday's and before school when the fall starts.
I'll provide more details once I finish player interviews. I'll send out more detailed scheduled and start an e-mail chain ASAP.

Provincials
Both Mariner teams had moderately successful provincial runs in Age Class.
The midget boys lost to Lancaster, beat Carleton North and and split with KVBA's "B" winning the more important one to finish 3rd.
The Juvenile boys had a tough schedule playing the back to back game on both days. Day 1 they lost to Oromocto by 5 and then to tournament champion Grand Manan. On the second day they lost to host Campobello by 9 and then to Ormocoto in the Bronze Medal game by 4.
A solid age class expereince for both teams, we look forward to the summer when the boys teams combine to make a club team that plays MBA camp week and in a tournament at the end of July in Saint John.
